新型藥物制劑中心(Research Center of Novel Drug Delivery Systems)

近幾年,隨著大量生物工程及基因工程藥物的出現,各國藥學科學家都充分認識到新型藥物制劑的研究是新藥研發的關鍵環節。目前微囊化技術、固體分散體技術、包合技術、納米技術等諸多新劑型和新技術已為藥物制劑的開發以及制劑質量的提高奠定了堅實的基礎。新型藥物制劑的研發是一個復雜的過程,需要新型藥用材料、新型制備設備、新包裝技術及新臨床評價方法的相互配合。本團隊在微丸、微球、微針、緩控釋片、乳劑、固體分散體、吸入制劑、介孔硅膠給藥系統、立方液晶給藥系統、基因傳遞系統這十大藥物制劑研究平臺上均有深厚的基礎及突出的成果,同時,這些技術平臺已成為藥物制劑研究的主導方向,在國內同行中具有一定的影響力。目前,新型藥物制劑中心擁有國際一流的實驗條件及先進設備,其主要包括:流化床、旋轉壓片機、膠囊填充機、噴霧干燥機、超微粒制備系統、全自動微針制備系統、軟膠囊機、熱熔擠出機、氣流粉碎機、高效智能包衣機、費休氏水分測定儀、高壓均質機、冷凍干燥機、自動取樣溶出儀、高效液相色譜儀、激光粒度分析儀(微米級和納米級)、多級藥用撞擊器(NGIACI)、功率補償型差示掃描量熱儀等。


        With recent emergence of various biological and genetic  therapeutic drugs,worldwide pharmaceutical scientists have realized the  importance of research inthe development of new drug discovery. Great  advances in the investigation of novelpharmaceutical formulations and  the techniques such as microencapsulation, soliddispersions, inclusion  compounds and nanotechnology that provide diverse possibilitiesfor the  further pharmaceutical development and enhancement of formulation  quality.Although the development process of novel pharmaceutical  formulations can bevery difficult, in which it requires innovative  pharmaceutical excipients, preparationfacilities, packaging techniques,  and methods for clinical evaluation. Our teamhas already created a solid  foundation and obtained promising outcomes on a varietyof drug delivery  platforms including pellets, microspheres, microneedles,sustained and  controlled release tablets, emulsions, solid dispersions,inhalation  formulations, mesoporous silica- and liquid cubosome based drugdelivery  systems as well as gene delivery systems. All these top ten platforms  havebecome the mainstream directions in formulation research and our  researchprojects also having a particularly strong academic influence in  nationally. Currently,the Research Center of Novel Drug Delivery  Systems has world-class experimentalfacilities that include fluidized  bed, rotary tablet press, capsule fillingmachine, spray dryer,  ultra-fine particle processing system (UPPS), automatic microneedlearray  fabrication system (AMFS), soft capsule machine, hot-melt extruder,  airflowcrusher, high efficiency coater, moisture analyzer, high pressure  homogenizer, lyophilizer,auto dissolution tester, high-performance  liquid chromatography (HPLC), micro-and nanoparticle size analyzer,  multi-level medical impactor (NGI and ACI), differentialscanning  calorimeter etc.
